New Vintage! This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Languedoc in France is full-bodied without the alcohol punch of new-world cabs. Lightly aged in oak, it offers fruit, pepper, spice, and a great finish, and pairs nicely with strong cheeses.
60% Grenache and 40% Syrah, this blend from the Southern Rhône Valley has good fruit up front, with great earthy flavor and a nice mineral finish. Serve it with pizza, spicy foods, grilled vegetables.
New Vintage! A medium- to full-bodied blend of 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache from a cooperative winery in Assas, near Montpellier in the Languedoc. Bolder and fruiter than similar Rhône blends, which tend to be earthier.
